This Privacy Policy explains how ELITE Home Trade Pros collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you interact with us online or offline, including when you call us, text us, schedule or manage jobs through our website, pay invoices, or otherwise use our services and tools that are powered by ServiceTitan and its affiliated products (e.g., web scheduler, online chat, customer portal, call handling/call recording, and marketing tools).

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK), or Switzerland, this Policy also explains your GDPR rights and how ELITE Home Trade Pros complies when processing your data.

1) Scope and Roles

This Policy applies to: our website(s), customer portal, web chat, web scheduling/booking forms, marketing communications (email/SMS), phone calls (including caller ID and recordings, where permitted), in-person service, and payments.
Controller vs. Processor: For our own business operations, ELITE Home Trade Pros is the data controller. For certain features, we use trusted processors, including ServiceTitan, Inc. and its affiliates, to provide scheduling, customer communications, payment processing integrations, analytics, and call handling.

Customer & service data: equipment details, service history, job notes, photos/videos of work areas, warranties, preferred appointment windows, and access instructions.

Communications: your messages to us (email, chat, SMS), call metadata, and—where enabled and lawful—call recordings.

ServiceTitan acts as our processor/service provider for these functions under contractual data-protection terms. Certain interactions you have with our website or communications may therefore be processed by ServiceTitan on our behalf (e.g., online booking, call routing/recording notices, customer portal access, invoice/payment workflows, and analytics). ELITE Home Trade Pros may also share personal information with:

Payment processors/gateways (for example, a PCI-compliant provider) to securely process payments; we do not store full card numbers.
Communications providers (email/SMS/voice) to deliver messages and manage preferences.
Analytics, security, hosting, and IT vendors helping us run and protect our services.
Professional advisors and authorities (e.g., auditors, legal, regulators) where necessary.
Business transfers: If ELITE Home Trade Pros undergoes a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your data may transfer as part of that transaction.

8) Call Recording & Monitoring

For quality, training, and verification purposes, incoming and/or outgoing calls may be recorded through our telephony tools. Where required, you will hear a recorded or live notice at the start of the call. If you do not consent to call recording in a two-party consent state, please inform the representative or hang up and contact ELITE Home Trade Pros via another method.

9) Text Messages (SMS/MMS) & Automated Communications

Opt-In Language for Customers:

ELITE Home Trade Pros will collect verbal opt-ins from customers. Customers will be able to opt in to receive SMS notifications (e.g., billing, appointment reminders, dispatch updates, job completion surveys) either in person at your location or during a phone call initiated by the customer. Upon first registration, customers will be asked for their phone number and informed about receiving text messages. They will also be notified of possible message and data rates, variable message frequency, and instructions to text HELP for support or STOP to unsubscribe.
